Hernstein Trainers

The more than 100 trainers and consultants of the Hernstein faculty look back on many years of experience in the areas of training and consulting.

Most of the instructors have several years of practical work experience in management or academics. The training faculty is a combination of international talent.

Many of them have an education in group dynamics and/or systemics and adhere to the ÖGGO (Austrian Society for Group Dynamics and Organizational Consulting) in different contexts.

There is a tight circle of trainers within the Hernstein faculty, the so-called >NEXT-Partners>, with whom the Hernstein Institute cooperates closely and does intensive collaborative work, especially on in-house projects.

Together with the >Internal Hernstein Trainers>, who are permanently employed by the Hernstein Institute, they continually develop the Hernstein know-how and are the catalysts for innovation.
